The possible reason is listed below.
1.HydroQuest is not working.
2.The Output Setting of HydroQust is wrong. You can set it up as shown below.
Please operate as the following steps.
1.Create a matrix file.
2.Lock the matrix file created in the step 1.
It maybe due to the input positional relationship from GAMS and reference point to primary GNSS antenna is incorrect. Please re-measure and reinput their relationship, then restart.
1.The input of GAMS and the position relation of the primary antennas to reference point is incorrect.
2.Re-enter the location relationship and restart.
Please check the status of INS.
1.Please check the GNSS antenna cables connection and make sure they are well connected. And put GNSS antennas outdoor with good view to open sky.
2.Check whether the sonar cables is in good connection.
Please check the status of INS.
1.Please install the GNSS antenna outdoor with good view to open sky.
2.Check whether the GNSS antenna cable is well connected.
Please check the setting of HydroQuest.
1.Open the Auxiliary Sensor Data to check the input data of every port.
2.If there’s no data input, please check the other equipment’s working status, such as POS, or GNSS RTK if connected and so on.
3.If all the equipment output data normally, check whether the port connection matches with the port settings.
Please operate according to the following steps.
1.Check whether the sonar wet cable and ethernet cable are connected correctly.
2.Set up the IP address as 192.168.1.31 in Ethernet TCP/Ipv4 Property.
3.Turn off the Firewall software of Windows OS in the computer.
